One or More Sections Within the Client Access Tab Are Not Visible to Users

Overview

This article resolves an issue where one or more sections, e.g., the Archive Assistant section, within the Client Access tab in GFI Archiver are not visible to users.

 

Information

This issue arises when GFI Archiver is configured not to show the section in question. 

 

Process

  1. Log in to GFI Archiver's web interface as an administrator.
  2. Go to Email Client Access.
  3. Click on the small gear icon within the desired section (right above the green Download Archive Assistant box).
  4. Enable the All Users and Administrators option.

 

Confirmation

Once the All Users and Administrators option is appropriately enabled, the section is shown to the users as expected.
