What's New
Azure AD Integration
Brand new Azure AD integration - Users can now authenticate with GFI Archiver using their Azure AD credentials instead of relying on Microsoft Active Directory.
Setup Instructions:
- Uninstall the current GFI Archiver installation
- Install GFI Archiver 15.10
- During installation, select "Use Azure AD for authentication"
- Provide Azure AD application details and click "Test azure connection creds"
- If the test is successful, the Next button will be enabled - click Next
- Complete the installation with remaining details and click Install
- Once installation is complete and the GFI Archiver service is started, users can:
- Login using their Azure AD credentials
- Use the new "Sign in with Microsoft" option on the login page
Azure AD Configuration Management
New Azure AD configuration option in the GFI Archiver configuration page (Archiver -> Configuration -> Azure AD) allows users to:
- Change Azure AD application details
- Test the connection
- Update credentials
Note: Users can only modify Azure AD application details and credentials from this page. To enable or disable Azure AD authentication, you must uninstall and reinstall GFI Archiver.
Enhanced Telemetry & Tracking
- EULA acceptance telemetry - New information sharing with central service

Improved user metrics - Better tracking and reporting for:
- Active archived emails count
- Active mailboxes count
- Licensed mailboxes count
- Additional metrics for enhanced MSP tracking
Bug Fixes
- Fixed German translation in the MailServer configuration page
- Auditing option can now be enabled in the GFI Archiver configuration page
- Archive store indexing can now be paused
- Email Viewer headers - Fixed unresponsive Headers field when opening emails
- AIRegexScan directory handling - Resolved bug related to directory handling functionality
Downloads
To install on x64 version of Microsoft Windows operating system, download the x64 version of GFI Archiver 15.10.
Upgrades
When upgrading from an older version of GFI Archiver:
- During the installation process, you will be prompted to upgrade the Archive Stores schema
- Click the Upgrade button to run the upgrade tool
- The tool will automatically upgrade all Archive Stores and Auditing schemas
Important: Ensure you have proper backups before performing the upgrade process.
